HRmanager

We are delighted to launch a new on-line service, HRmanager, which creates your own bespoke HR system and is essential for your HR compliance.
HRmanager covers 4 areas:
- Practical processes: supported by clear guidance, for example on how to draw up employment contracts and maintain employment records and which you can use to ensure a consistent approach to deal with situations such as absences due to illness or injury and holidays.
- Policies and procedures: needed to meet the requirements of current employment legislation, for example on grievances, disciplinary matters and equal opportunities.
- Recruiting and retaining staff procedures: recruitment, references, induction, probation, performance management, resignations and retirement.
- Health and safety policies and procedures: guidance on the minimum steps you need to take to meet the requirements of health and safety legislation, covering, for example, first aid and fire safety, stress and welfare.
What's Included?
- Employee Handbook: A series of practical HR policies and procedures (written by experts) essential for small and medium sized businesses which you personalise for your own business.
- Employer Guidance Notes: Practical information relating to each policy, procedure and process contained in The Employee Handbook, particularly its legal background, purpose, related sections and relevant forms.
- Standard Forms: All the standard forms, letter templates and action lists you need to implement the policies, procedures and processes contained in your Employee Handbook
How does it work?
What makes HRmanager different from other products available is the use of an online step-by-step process that will personalise a staff manual for your business. You simply answer a series of questions, following clear guidance notes, and the programme inserts all of your details so that it becomes your own practical staff manual. Once generated, the manual will contain links to all relevant forms (ie sickness and absence, etc). You can tailor and upload your own forms as required. When you want to update your manual just make any necessary changes and generate a new version. You can use it to set your own internal standards, supported by relevant policies and procedures. You can be confident of its relevance through regular updates that reflect changes in employment legislation. And it can be distributed to your staff.
Updates Also Included
The manual is updated twice a year (or more regularly if legislation dictates) and your system will automatically be updated.
How Much Does It Cost?
The licence subscription is £30 per month plus VAT, (based on a minimum contract of 12 months) with no set-up fee.
