In a way that means we can use our experience to best serve your personal or business ambitions. And in a way that always takes the time to understand your needs first.
And we go a step further. Two of our key values are ‘Having fun. Being bold.” We think that tells you all you need to know about our approach to working with you. And here’s how that looks in practice:
We love to get to know you a little bit over lunch but we’re equally happy to chat over the phone or a cup of tea. We’ll bring a blank page, an open mind and, because we’ll be mainly listening to you, this meeting will be absolutely free and with no obligation.

We’re obsessed by great client service. As part of our unending dedication to serving you promptly and efficiently, we’ll always respond to your enquiries within 24 hours. We’ll also make sure that you can always contact us when you need to.
We’ll carry out a full tax planning review every year you’re with us as standard. We’ll make sure you’re up to speed with all the latest tax developments and that you’re taking advantage of the opportunities available.
In short: no surprises. We like to work on fixed fees for specific services and always agree the terms before we’ve started the work. Transparency and openness are the watchwords, here. Though we’re happy to bill you with an hourly rate if you prefer.

Once on board, all team members receive regular training to ensure they can always meet client needs and our Institute’s high standards; and they receive feedback and objectives at appraisals.

When Jim and Tina Hallington were setting up their business in 1994, they were looking for accountants they could relate to, who understood them and their aspirations for their business.
Rob’s father started acting for the client in 1994, with Rob taking over from him in 1998. We have enjoyed a lengthy and mutually rewarding relationship, helping the company reach its first milestone of £1m and growing from strength to strength, with innovative new products, overseas subsidiaries and sales worldwide.
Jim and Tina know we’re always there for them, looking after all their compliance needs, such as payroll and statutory accounts, as well offering advice on matters ranging from acquisitions and heads of terms, to share buy-backs, pensions and property VAT.
